1. Who we are
The Coach's Shelf (coach.digitalshelflab.com) is operated by Codigo Bro LLC (EIN: 42-3185729), registered in Wyoming, USA. Throughout this document, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Codigo Bro LLC; "you" refers to the person placing an order.
By placing an order on this store you accept these terms.
2. What we sell
We sell digital products: downloadable documents, printable templates, editable files and access links. Delivery is immediate and automatic after payment. Nothing is shipped physically.
Product descriptions state what each product contains. We do our best to describe accurately what you receive, and we do not promise results that depend on how you use the material.
3. Your licence to use what you buy
When you buy a product from us, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it in your own work, including with the team, class or group you personally coach or teach.
You may:
- print the files as many times as you need for your own use;
- store them on your own devices and cloud accounts;
- hand printed pages to the athletes, students or parents you work with directly;
- adapt editable files with your own name, colours and logo, where an editable version is included.
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, share or redistribute the files, in whole or in part;
- upload them to a file-sharing service, a shared drive open to the public, or a marketplace;
- republish substantial parts of the content as your own product, paid or free;
- remove our attribution from files that carry it.
All intellectual property in the products remains ours.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in USD and include any applicable taxes where we are required to collect them. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you complete it.
5. Refunds
Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. The default guarantee period for this store is 30 days; where an individual product page states a different period, that period applies to that product.
6. Delivery and access
Your files are delivered through an automated download after payment, and a backup link is sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Please make sure that address is correct — a wrong address is the most common reason an order appears not to arrive.
If your files do not arrive or a link fails, write to [email protected] and we will send them directly.
7. No professional advice
Our products are educational and organisational materials. They are not professional, medical, legal, financial or safety advice, and they do not replace the judgement of a qualified professional, the rules of your institution, or the regulations of your governing body. You remain responsible for decisions you make in your own context.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the operation of this store, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to distribute unlawful material.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page on the date you place it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to consumer rights that apply to you where you live.
