1. Our guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the digital products sold through The Coach's Shelf. If a product is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

Where an individual product page states a different guarantee period, the period stated on that product page applies to that product. The period above is the default for this store.

2. What you are buying

Every product sold on The Coach's Shelf is a digital product delivered immediately after payment: downloadable files such as PDF documents, editable templates, or access links. Nothing is shipped physically, and there is nothing to return.

Because delivery is immediate and the files remain on your device, a refund is a return of your money — not a return of the product. We ask nothing of you beyond the request itself.

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, or message us on WhatsApp at +54 9 11 7356 0036, and include your order number. You do not need to explain your reasons, although we always appreciate hearing them.

We reply to every request within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we issue the refund, your bank or card provider typically takes 5 to 10 business days to post it to your statement — that part is outside our control.

4. Limits of this policy

This guarantee covers one refund per customer per product. We reserve the right to decline requests where there is evidence of abuse — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles across our catalogue, or redistribution of our files to third parties.

Requests made after the guarantee period has passed are considered case by case and are not covered by this policy.

5. Chargebacks

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first. A refund request handled by email is faster for you than a dispute filed with your bank, and it lets us fix the underlying problem.

6. Problems accessing your files

If your download link does not work, has expired, or never arrived, that is not a refund matter — it is a delivery problem and we will fix it. Write to [email protected] and we will send your files directly.
