The three things people write about most

"My files never arrived." Check the spam folder first, and check the address you typed at checkout. If it is still missing, write to us: we will send your files directly. This is always fixable and it is never a reason to lose what you paid for.

"My download link expired." Write to us and we will issue a fresh one. Your purchase does not expire.

"I want a refund." See our Refund Policy. The default guarantee period for this store is 30 days; where an individual product page states a different period, that period applies. Email us with your order number — you do not need to justify the request.

Before you buy

If you are not sure whether a product fits your situation, ask us before ordering. Tell us what you work with and we will tell you honestly whether the product covers it. We would rather answer a question than process a refund.
