What ages and levels is it written for?

Rec classes: Level 1–2 mixed, ages 8–13, with notes for newer and stronger dancers. Not competition teams, preschool or adult classes.

My class is one hour, with mixed levels.

That’s the class it’s written for: a 60-minute slot with a 45-minute version, plus The One-Hour, Mixed-Level Class Playbook.

Are there videos?

No. Counts and cues are written to read standing in the studio, from your phone or a printout.
